Every Executive Health Assessment brings the core of a modern preventive work-up into a single physician-led visit — from cardiovascular risk and body composition to a full sleep evaluation.
Medication samples may be provided when clinically appropriate and available. Additional testing may be recommended based on clinical findings, and may involve separate charges.
Included follow-up: your $2,500 assessment includes follow-up visits at approximately 30 and 90 days to review your results, refine your personalized health plan, and evaluate progress.

Fasting requirements depend on which laboratory tests your physician orders. Your coordinator will confirm specific preparation instructions before your visit.
Complete your intake questionnaires in advance and bring your current medication list, prior test results, and any records from other physicians. The more your physician has beforehand, the more of your visit goes to evaluation rather than data gathering.
