Our Las Vegas location operates through Las Vegas Sleep Center, the practice Dr. Mohamed Shamiya founded before co-founding Trusted Care Clinic and building the Executive Health program. That history is not incidental. It means Executive Health patients in Las Vegas get direct access to board-certified sleep medicine expertise from the physician who built a dedicated sleep practice here, rather than a general executive health program that treats sleep as an afterthought.
Las Vegas represents our expansion into a second high-growth metro, bringing the same physician-led model that built the Richardson, TX practice to a market with its own concentration of business travel, hospitality leadership, and executives splitting time between markets. If you divide your time between Texas and Nevada, care here is not a separate relationship. It is a continuation of the same one.
This is our secondary market, expanding the same physician-led model of Internal Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, and Longevity Medicine that built the Richardson, TX practice, led at this location by Dr. Shamiya, with Dr. El Haj Mousa participating in care as needed.

Dr. El Haj Mousa, Co-Founder of the practice, is licensed in Nevada and may participate in care here as needed, though she practices primarily from our Richardson, TX office. Your coordinator will confirm which physician you’ll be seeing when your visit is scheduled.
