HOW TO USE THIS PAGE

Most patients arrive through one of two doors

Either you know what you need, in which case pick it from the list below. Or you want a full picture of where your health stands, in which case the Executive Health Assessment is the place to start.

You know what you need

Pick it from the eight areas of care below and go straight to that service.

You want the full picture

Start with the Executive Health Assessment. Your physician will point you toward the rest from there.

Everything below is delivered by the same two physicians, Dr. Mohamed Shamiya, MD, and Dr. Rofaida El Haj Mousa, MD, at our Richardson, TX and Las Vegas, NV offices. You are not being handed between departments. These are eight areas of one practice.

Lifestyle Medicine & Performance Optimization

Nutrition, metabolic health, recovery, and focus, built around how you function day to day.

ONE PRACTICE

Why these are one practice, not eight services

You could get most of these separately, from separate people, in separate buildings. The reason they sit together here is that they inform each other. Your sleep affects your metabolic risk. Your medications affect your energy. Your family history changes what screening you actually need. When one physician holds all of it, you get one coordinated strategy instead of being handed between specialists who never compare notes.
